DOVE DIGITAL VISUAL GUIDELINES
The Brief
To align and elevate Doves' eComm and digital presence 

In the continuing pursuit to align and grow Dove’s online presence, we were tasked with auditing their eCommerce asset bank. We found that in most cases they were not up to market standard, with outdated or poor quality imagery.
To solve this, we created four Global Digital Visual Guidelines (one per category) to align all markets on Doves' new eComm standards.  
As part of developing these Digital Guidelines, we produced a suite of assets to illustrate best-in-class examples for all future content. Our key considerations included aligning with Doves' social purpose, ensuring assets were multifunctional and establishing a cohesive, translatable and effective visual language
Using Unilever’s 7oa asset type guide as a starting point, we identified this selection as the most effective in purchase conversion (see above under 'Asset types for Hair')
